Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Please ensure you have read the return policy carefully, so you are aware of your rights and obligations.

Change of Mind Returns

For regulatory, safety and hygiene reasons products cannot be returned under the change of mind returns.

NOTE: Please take care to be sure of your product choices before purchasing.

Fault Returns

Returns within 30 days will be accepted and a full refund or exchange will be provided in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is faulty or unsafe or not of acceptable quality.
  • The product is significantly different from what was described.

Under these scenarios, the cost of return postage will be covered.

If a parcel arrives damaged please note this on the delivery agent’s copies of the delivery note.

How to Return

If you would like to return a product email Customer Care at info@myhealthstore.co.za. Please type Refund or Return into the subject line and let us know the following information.

  • Reason for return
  • Order Number or Invoice
  • Delivery Waybill Number
  • Preference of either replacement or refund

We will arrange a courier collection from you in the case of damaged or faulty delivery or products.

Once we receive the product back and if the return requirements have been met we will either process your replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the return.

Note:

  • Refunds will be made using the same method as the original form of payment.
